About these availability checks

We check Recily’s public services every two minutes from an independent monitor. The app check covers API and storage readiness, including the import worker when enforced by the backend. Website and affiliate checks include page and application asset availability; the affiliate check also verifies backend readiness and that its API requires authentication.

Two consecutive failed or slow checks open an automated incident. Two successful checks confirm recovery. A slow check takes more than six seconds. Team reports can describe issues that these probes do not detect.

Percentages show successful checks out of recorded checks, not a guarantee of end-to-end availability. These checks do not make purchases, complete imports, sign in to an account or test every device. Gray bars mean no observations. Earlier days are not backfilled. Missing updates become unknown after six minutes. Times are shown in UTC.
